Sending a Takedown Request

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Issues and Cooperation

MyFappyPlace may remove links, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable steps when repeat or serious infringement concerns are reported. We aim to cooperate with valid rights-holder requests while avoiding removal based on incomplete or inaccurate notices.
